This policy explains how Metro Workspace, operated by Metropolitan Workshop Limited as part of the Metropolitan Lifestyle Group (a member of Star Group Asia Limited, SEHK: 1560), collects and uses personal data through this website. We follow the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong and, for visitors in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation.
What we collect
Enquiry details you type into our forms: name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, location, service and message. To help us follow up, contact details are saved as you type, including when a form is filled in but not sent.
Visit information collected automatically: IP address, device type, operating system, browser, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and advertising click identifiers (such as gclid or fbclid) and campaign tags in the link you used. A random visitor ID stored in a first-party cookie lets us recognise return visits to this website.
Messages you send us through WhatsApp, phone or email, which are handled under the same policy.

To reply to your enquiry, arrange tours and prepare quotations.

How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a member, in which case your membership terms apply. Visit records are kept for up to 13 months.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to stop using it for marketing. Visitors in the UK and EU may also ask us to delete or restrict their data, object to its use, withdraw consent, or receive a copy in a portable format, and may complain to their local data protection authority. We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable service providers to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our safeguards regularly.
